“Marvellous stay”

This place is just amazing. The ruins that have been transformed into wonderful houses are spread over a grassy side of the mountain. The ancient stone walls you walk between reminds you of old times and start to fantasise over the millions of man hours spent over hundreds of years.

“Unique idyllic place to stay on Flores”

Our accommodation was a stone cottage in its own garden with two cows in a tiny adjacent field. The cottage is one of several, originally comprising a farming village on a hillside overlooking the sea. Its backdrop is verdant cliffs with waterfalls.

“The Info on TripAdvisor is Reflective of our Experience”

We enjoyed our time at Flores and the stay at Aldeia da Cuada was a big factor in that. Our stay was in mid May. We had the breakfasts every morning for 6 or 7 Euros. Silvio and Carlotta were fun and friendly.
